…A few important notes…

We’re not going for 100% local. There are many things we love that just aren’t readily available or accessible locally – such as rice, pasta, tortillas, noodles, etc. We’re shooting for better eating for our food system, not perfect.

The majority of our customers are meal eaters so you’ll see a local protein featured in each day’s meal, but feel free to swap out the meat with veggies if you’re a vegetarian!

Sunday: Local Italian Sausage Chili
Spicy Italian sausage meets local tomatoes, beans, and Hawaiian chili peppers in this hearty, island-inspired chili. Serve with toasted taro rolls and a side of avocado salsa.

Monday: Orange Rosemary Chicken
Whole chicken marinated with orange zest, rosemary, garlic, and butter, then slow-roasted to juicy perfection. Serve with a side of ʻulu mash and a crisp local greens salad.

Tuesday: Gandule Rice & Pastele Sausage
A Puerto Rican-Hawaiian fusion dish featuring savory arroz con gandules, paired with rich, flavorful pastele sausage. Enjoy with a side of pickled green papaya for a tangy kick.

Wednesday: Stuffed Zucchini Wa’a
Tender zucchini from local farms, filled with seasoned ground beef, garlic, and onions, then baked to perfection. Serve with a side of lomi tomato salad and steamed kalo.

Thursday: Eat “Moa” Sausage Pasta
Locally made chicken sausage tossed with al dente pasta, garlic, and house-made marinara. Pair with a fresh lilikoʻi vinaigrette salad for a bright, balanced meal.

Friday: Hawaiian-Style Beef Rendang
Slow-cooked, fall-apart beef simmered in coconut milk and island spices for a rich, comforting dish. Serve over hot rice with a side of sautéed taro leaves.

Saturday: French Onion Soup with Marrow & Poi Rolls
Caramelized onion soup infused with roasted bone marrow for deep umami flavor. Enjoy with warm, buttery poi rolls and a side of local salad mix!
