This Orange Ginger juice has all the fiber and nutrients we’re missing out on when we juice our fruit and veggies – unless you have a premium juicer that extracts all the good bits – I rely solely on my trusty Vita-Mix (how I love you so). I simply took from a ration of this seasons’ abundance of oranges and cut all the skin and pith off and threw them into the blender. Added a few chunks of peeled ginger and bam – a thick orange smoothie type juice that has is just what the doctor ordered.
You can go crazy too and throw some spirulina on top and make yourself a swirly morning mocktail
