I’m going to let this be as simple as its recipe.
In a wide mouth glass jar place:
- 1 medium ripe avocado
In a sauce pan add:
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil – unless your oil is already liquified, you can skip this step and just mix the following ingredients.
Turn heat on just to melt and turn off. Add:
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 2.5-3 heaping Tbsp cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp local honey
- pinch of sea salt *optional
Mix together until incorporated and add to the jar with avocado. Place immersion blender in and blend away. It’s only fudge once it’s been sitting in the cold for a while so if you like, line a baking dish with parchment and pour your “pudding” in. Set in the fridge and after an hour slice into squares. But if you’re like me and this isn’t for a special occasion, or person, leave in the jar and take spoon fulls as you like 🙂 ONO!
