Moringa Madness

We topped our Moringa plant the other day and used the branches to propagate new trees. So into the kitchen came at least 15 fully dressed branches with leaves so I went to work on stripping them and putting everything in a few zip lock bags. That day and for every day since, Moringa has become my new kitchen obsession. Now that I understand it’s insanely long list of health benefits (aphodesiac, parasite killer, protein etc) I’m not just trying to use it, I’m making a point of it. It acts like spinach so anywhere you can imagine putting spinach, you can put moringa. It doesn’t contain oxalic acid though so cooking it or eating it raw is all the same.

Moringa leaves contain 90 different types of nutrients, including four times more calcium than milk, four times more potassium than bananas, four times more vitamin A than carrots, 50 times more vitamin B3 than peanuts, 36 times more magnesium than eggs, and 25 times more iron than spinach. It also includes high amounts of additional nutrients such as dietary fiber, iodine, lutein, zinc, selenium, zeatin and beta-carotene.

Moringa not only kills parasites, it kills their eggs as well! This is really important to note because in most parasite cleanses, even ones you buy over the counter you have to take cloves in combination with black walnut hull and wormwood to effectively combat both the worms and their eggs. The cleansing effect cause by taking moringa has been used by traditional people to combat worms for years and years. It can effectively help to get rid of waste and parasites while also providing enough nourishment to rectify any imbalances caused by the worms as they leave your body. http://rawgirltoxicworld.com/tag/moringa-tree/
