The Moloa‘a ‘ĀINA Center is new food hub and processing facility in partnership with Moloa‘a Irrigation Cooperative (MIC), arguably the largest farming cluster on Kaua‘i with 70 farms spanning 600+ acres. The facility hosts a commercial kitchen trailer, cold processing space with a variety of commercial processing equipment, walk-in cold storage, and an office space. The space is available for rent by MIC users and is the home base for food hub programs, including our distribution efforts through KauaiLocalFood.com and value-added product making to grow markets for farmers and food producers islandwide.
