Rose Hayes

Rose is our Project Manager, currently overseeing the development of the new food hub that will serve the farmers in Moloa'a and support the growth of our island-wide CSA and commercial aggregation and distribution programs. She joined MK in April 2018 supporting Mea‘ai on Wheels, the hot meal home delivery kūpuna program, as part of flood response and recovery. For 20 years, Rose worked in corporate technology project management while serving the community in volunteer roles with the United Way, Boy Scouts of America, American Heritage Girls, and the Red Cross. She has a BA from Columbia College and has been certified as a PMP (Project Management Professional) with the Project Management Institute since 2005. Passionate about food from a young age, Rose is excited to help transform our food systems and increase our food security and sustainability.
